Shipping and Availability
Anonymity:
When you order from us the return label will be generalized so that no matter where you send the item no one will know where it comes from. The return address will look like this:

Cost:
We have decided to use USPS for most orders to send our products to save us and you money. Unless you email us or comment in your order you would like another shipper order will be shipped USPS. In rare instances that we find that the shipping company is unusable we will try to find the most economical way to ship your order. Since we have suppliers and limited stock on
hand some of our items will be drop-shipped from our supplier if deemed appropriate and if not the products will be shipped
directly to us to remove any pictures or inappropriate material that may come in the package because there aren't any Christian
lingerie suppliers at this time.
Here are the costs incurred with shipping and handling:
If it is an oversized order then additional charges MAY apply.
You will be notified ahead of time if these charges will apply.
These rates include Alaska and Hawaii.
We ship to P.O. Boxes at no extra charge.
Shipments are limited to a single shipping address per order. If you want items sent to different addresses, other than specified in the order, please place
separate orders for each address.
We offer free USPS shipping for U.S. orders of over $200. However, if you received free shipping on your original order of over
$200, and you then return enough of your purchase that the total net value of your order (i.e., original order less return refund) falls under the $200 free shipping threshold, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund to cover the cost of our original shipment.

We are striving to widen our selection. If any item you order is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your order.
An item that is NOT in stock in that size or color, but can be delivered within
approximately 2 to 3 weeks of receiving your order will be delivered, unless time frame is unreasonable. Otherwise, the item is available for immediate delivery.
Processing usually takes 1-3 business days and typically your order will ship within 24 - 48 hours of receipt, assuming that all
items are in stock and we do not need to remove any unwanted inappropriate material.
USPS Mail delivery time for in-stock merchandise is approximately 2 to 7 days. This is an estimate based on average order
processing times. It is not a guarantee and dependant on if we need to remove inappropriate materials before shipping.
Occasionally, shipment of your order may be delayed due to an item being out-of-stock. If we are currently out of stock in your
selection, WE WILL INFORM YOU, and it may take approximately 2 to 3 weeks to fill your order.
We will inform you by email if an item is out of stock. We may split orders into separate shipments so you can get as much as
possible delivered as quickly as possible, but your economical one-time delivery charge covers all shipments for that order.
Your credit card is charged only as we ship items you have ordered. We never charge your card for the total price of an entire
order that we can only fulfill on a partial basis.
MODIFYING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER:
Orders may not be canceled or modified 24 hours after ordering. Please look over order before submitting.

Three Passions Lingerie reserves the right to hold any order for security review. Affected customers will be notified.

15 Day Guarantee-Refund, Exchange and Return Policy
Should it be necessary to return a purchase, Three Passions Gifts provides a limited 15-day guarantee from received date. If you
are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it to us for your choice of a prompt refund or exchange, subject to the
following limitations:
• You must obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION via email at orders@passionslingerie.com within 5 days of delivery to obtain full
credit otherwise our 20% restocking fee will apply. WE WILL REFUSE ALL UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS - NO EXCEPTIONS!
• The products need to be in their original, new condition, with all tags attached, and undamaged packaging. We understand that bras must be tried on to ensure proper fit, but women’s panties and men's briefs must be returned unworn.
• Your refund or exchange will be processed when we receive the returned merchandise and verify its condition, usually within 10 days of receiving your return. Postage, shipping and insurance costs related to returns are the customer’s responsibility and must be fully prepaid. EXCEPTION FOR INCORRECT ORDERS: If Three Passions Gifts has incorrectly shipped your order, first of all, we apologize. Secondly, you will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged the shipping costs of the correct replacement merchandise. But we are not responsible for returns lost in transit to us and strongly recommend that you insure and track your return with the carrier.
• Three Passions Gifts does charge a 20% restocking fee.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
1. All intimate Underwear items sold separately (not part of a set) are NOT returnable. This includes all Panties, Briefs, Thongs,
Bikinis, strings, Pouches, Gaffs, Hip/Butt Pads -- anything that touches the most intimate body areas. We will make no exceptions to
this policy in compliance with consumer hygiene protection laws.
2. Hosiery is not returnable, under any circumstances. Please be certain of your size when ordering.
3. "Final Sale Clearance" items are NOT returnable under any circumstances. The customer is responsible for reading the
product page which clearly states that the item is final clearance and is NOT returnable. The item name will also include
"Clearance" so there is no chance for misunderstandings. If you're not sure about an item or policy, please ask before ordering.

About Exchanges:
We want to keep this process as hassle-free as possible.
1. If you need to return a purchase and replace it with exactly the same style and quantity, but in a different size or color, i.e., an
“even†exchange, it’s just a swap. No additional credit card paper-work is generated, and you don’t get charged any additional
shipping for the replacement.
2. If you want to return a purchase and replace it with a different item or quantity, this is considered an "uneven" exchange. An
additional credit card transaction will be required for additional charges or credits, but you still don’t get charged any additional
shipping for the replacement.

Follow these steps for a Return, Refund or Exchange:
1. Retrieve the Return Form that came with your order. (at this time not available just get a return number and this number must be
placed in the return packaging to get a refund)
2. On the Return Form, indicate what you are sending back, note the reason for the return, and provide refund/replacement
instructions.
3. Pack and seal your return securely (with all tags and packaging intact) and include the Return Form. Packages must be returned
freight prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We prefer the use of the U.S. Postal Service, preferably USPS Priority Mail, to
ensure a safe and documented delivery. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit to us and strongly recommend that you
insure and track your return with the carrier.

Refunds for purchases made by credit card will be credited to your original purchase credit card, usually within 10 days of receiving
your return. Refunds for purchases made by check or money order will be refunded through a check mailed to you.
If you do not have your original Return Form or packing list, please provide appropriate details for returning the product. Also, please
reference your original order number, which was included in our order confirmation email.
